Where can I find the checkbox for "No data value". I am using QGIS 3.16 on Ubuntu 18.04.

In QGIS 3.16 version, there is no checkbox for No data value. Instead 3.16 gives you an option whether you would like to assign a no data value. By default it is given as “Not Set” so, as per tutorial you can give the value as “0”.
